Produces and sharpens headline options. Part of Production.
When to use it
Section titled “When to use it”When you want headlines generated, workshopped, or iterated — for an existing draft, a topic brief without a draft yet, or a published piece that needs sharper options. Triggers include “give me headlines”, “headline variants”, “rework this title”, “titles for this post”. Also when you show a draft and ask what to call it, or an existing headline underperforms.
Each variant aims to communicate the What, the Who, and the Promise, with a curiosity gap.
When not to use it
